1. Marketing & Communications
Assist with media and public relations, promotion of programs and events, and environmental advertising for TGC’s newsletter.

2. Outreach & Presentations
Represent TGC at information booths at a variety of events and fairs, and/or be trained to deliver presentations on a variety of environmental issues at workplaces, schools, etc.

3. Social Media
Update and maintain TGC's website, facebook and twitter pages.

4. Events Planning
Organize TGC’s events including our Speaker Series and Annual General Meeting.

5. Fundraising Committee
 Help develop TGC’s fundraising program. Some fundraising experience necessary. 

6. Eco-Gift Wrapping
Wrap shoppers’ gifts in an eco-friendly way at downtown retail stores in December.

7. Newsletter Editing
Write, edit, and/or layout TGC’s environmental newsletter & e-newsletters.

8. Program Assistants
Participate in the coordination of TGC programs.

9. Eco-Gardening (seasonal)
Take part in our community eco-garden from May to October or assist with our children’s eco-gardening program.  Gardening experience is an asset but not necessary if you are keen to learn.

10. Graphic Design
Use your design skills to help us create and update materials (brochures and flyers).
